Here's the background info on the pic:
About a month after I got back from Korea, I had a severe, sharp, stabbing chest pain episode that sent me to the Tripler ER. That led to a followup and a treadmill test scheduled at Tripler. I had to cancel the first appointment (27 Aug 2001) due to a scheduling conflict... and was a no-show for the second appointment. I think it's pretty obvious why I never made the second appointment...
