It generally depends on what's more readily available. Usually I'll go check the 'net if I have ready access. If not, then I go to radio or TV. During the tsunami warning we had near the end of February, I was actually checking both the net and radio for updates. The tsunami warning came out first on the net, but additional information, such as when Civil Defense sirens would first sound, was mentioned on the radio first.
