Back on your heads...

Came in to troubleshoot a perl script problem that turned out to be operator error... and another one that turned out to be someone trying to create a folder using FTP instead of a webpage script. Trouble is, when you do that, the folder doesn't have the correct permissions so no other scripts can populate that folder.
Spent the rest of the day watching and escorting contractors around.
And now fur something completely different...
I'm pondering going to FC06 and possibly also staying in the Bay area for a few days afterward. Big logistical question is crash space... does anyone have space available? Scritches, etc. are a bonus. :)
Still being somewhat of a social recluse... hanging out with a few friends on my side of the island but just haven't felt like contacting another friend on the other side for some time now despite the weekly phone calls.....
