Stuph, various
Feb. 15th, 2005 10:58 pmRead through some friends' entries and found all kinds of fodder to comment on, as well as my own stuff to add:
On snoring... I think I may have posted this once before, but I'm too lazy to go back in my own entries and look, but during FC I was rooming with at least one person who could have probably cut down all of Sequoia National Park. By contrast, I was told I'm pretty quiet... that my snoring sounded almost like purring. Of course, I myself have no idea how noisy or quiet I am since I'm asleep at the time.
On fitness... since my last PT test results, I'm now working out 4 times a week... Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after work, for roughly 30-35 minutes a day, while I've been bowling on Wednesdays.
I'm likely gonna retest in March or so. The biggest thing I need to work on is improving my 1.5-mile run time. I've been running it at around 15 minutes, which is notoriously slow.
I doubt I'll improve this month but I'm hoping to at least get my fitness level up to a passing score by midyear... otherwise I could find myself working out every day.
