Firewall issue solved
Feb. 17th, 2005 11:48 pmGot one firewall issue solved... for the longest time the comic on http://npc.keenspace.com wouldn't come up... and neither would the local traffic cameras.

technocollie's help, I tracked the problem to the firewall I was using (Norton Internet Security). Apparently if you choose Privacy Control --> Customize Privacy Settings and have a check mark in the box saying "Enable Browser Privacy", then the firewall blocks the sites.
Evidently it's better to set the browser privacy option within the browser that I'm using rather than within the firewall....
