Possible furlough

And lest you think "oh, this could never happen," guess what... it DID. Back in '95-'96.
What this means to yours truly:
- I could be furloughed as early as next Friday if Congress doesn't approve some kind of spending bill, which at this point looks rather unlikely.
- That in turn would result in me cutting back on my personal finances, including but not limited to going out/seeing movies and/or travelling, though the only time I travel for leisure nowadays is FC.
- Beyond that, I don't know how much I'll have to cut back; it'll depend on how long the furloughs, if they occur, last.
