FC07, Days 1 and 2

Spent a good chunk of yesterday in the room napping -- as cats are prone to do -- so there wasn't much to write about. There wasn't a whole lot of stuff I really wanted to see that day anyway in terms of events, so I ended up spending some time in the dealers' room then zonking out.

Today I wandered around a little more. Checked out part of Critterlympics VI but only ended up catching the first event (ended up in the dealers' room afterward and missed the rest of the event). I then wandered back to the room to drop off some stuff and took a quick nap before heading out again to catch The Mascot Movie, which I enjoyed (and which had some footage from FC 2004).

Had dinner at the hotel coffee shop... a small buffet, not too bad for a $13 price tag. I then wandered over to the internet section (internet cafe?), from which I'm typing this entry. Right now my plan is to hang out over here for a bit, maybe head up to the room to catch a few z's then check out a puppet show later tonight...

Been a bit of a social recluse today... maybe it's the "being a loner" part of being a feline, but I just haven't had a strong desire to go out and see others this con. And other than perhaps tonight's puppet show and tomorrow's Fursuit Parade and Furry Variety Show, chances are good that I'll be holed up in the room or vegging out in the lobby for a good duration of the con. *shrug*

In any case, though, that pretty much wraps up the past 1.5 days. More later.....
