Jun. 29th, 2012 08:44 pmA couple days ago I noticed that instead of eating from the food bowl as she normally does, Lani started scooping each piece of food out individually from the dish onto the floor and eating it. Keep in mind that I feed her dry food, so it's not like she made a mess or anything.
So out of curiosity, I decided to do a google search to see if maybe the behavior change meant something might be wrong with her. But at least one source said that that kind of behavior could be a symptom of a bored kitty, so I decided to play with her (and give her attention, of course!) for a bit. She went back to eating normally, so I guess I just need to keep her more entertained.
