Unfortunately I won't be there this year.
Blame Congress since their constant budget wrangling brought the federal government to near-shutdown at least five times in the past year. Since I'm a federal employee, that made it impossible for me to do any kind of budgeting for the con.
Not going to speculate about next year (or the rest of this year) either.
