Federal shutdown likely

Is it just me, or does it seem like Congressional Republicans want a shutdown so they can pin it on the Congressional Democrats and the White House?

If a shutdown happens, don't expect me to be at FC 2012. I've already reduced what little social life I have to mostly online stuff, with some church-related volunteer work.
