Dec. 8th, 2006 02:14 pmOkay, I think it's about time I updated this thing. Been so busy and distracted the past couple of weeks that I haven't gotten around to posting.
So what's gotten me so busy and distracted?
A couple of acquisitions: not only did I snag a Nintendo Wii, as I noted in my last post, but I also got an XBox 360 (mainly so I can watch HD-DVD stuff). Not gonna try for a PS3, but then again, there won't be any until next February at the earliest anyway (and I figure it'll be a while before supply equals then exceeds demand).

shy_matsi for a few days. Also got to meet another fur (rohanddarkmoon), though said fur lives on the other side of the island (Mililani, where my brother lives).
Since the flurry of movies a few weekends ago, I haven't seen anything (not counting seeing "Happy Feet" again). On my list, though, are "Deja Vu" and "A Night At The Museum".
In other news, yeah, I got lazy and didn't post any December 7, 1941 remembrances. However, this museum opened that day. Trivia note: until yesterday, Hawaii was the ONLY state that did NOT have an aviation museum...
And yes, in case you're wondering, I'm enjoying a day off because the command's holiday party was last night. However, I'm not going to any holiday parties this year. I missed my squadron's one because I kept forgetting to sign up and it was too late by the time I remembered. Last night I passed on the command's holiday party because of a prior committment. And I think there's a 13 AF party coming up, but I think I have a scheduling conflict for that weekend as well (not to mention I don't really know those who would be going anyway).
