Checked out the Internet Movie Database to see where some of the voices of the SWAT Kats characters are now.  Sadly, several of them have since passed on:

-  Keene Curtis (the Pastmaster):  13 Oct 2002, complications from Alzheimer's
-  Linda Gary (Dr. Abby Sinian):  5 Oct 1995, brain cancer
-  Ed Gilbert (Tiger Conklin):  8 May 1999, lung cancer
-  Brock Peters (Dark Kat):  23 Aug 2005, pancreatic cancer
-  Robert Ridgely (Dr. Harley Street):  8 Feb 1997, cancer
-  John Vernon (Rex Shard):  1 Feb 2005, complications following heart surgery
-  Roddy McDowall (Lenny Ringtail/Madkat):  3 Oct 1998, lung cancer
